Shopify admin → Settings → Apps → Develop apps → Create app → Admin API scopes: read_orders, read_customers → Install → copy token.
Share the sheet (Editor) with …. Every ticket he works gets a row: time, ticket, customer, outcome, reason, reply.
Keys are encrypted at rest. Nothing leaves this worker except calls to those three services and Claude.
